Marieke Koopman is an artist in every fiber of her being. Mariekes interpretation and interaction with the audience are magical and intoxicating. Everytime she enters the stage she finds a way to captivate her audience, even the youngest amoung them, and creates a, once in a lifetime ,experience. After Years of performing as a singer as well as an actress, this fall Marieke will be recording her debut Jazz record. A tribute to her late grandfather and to her love of swing music. This record will consist of several small Big band songs and a lot of pure classics.

Mariekes past projects have made her the artist she is now. Never shy, explosive energy and positivity.  Her interpretation of the songs makes her a breath of fresh air to listen to. Past project are the IJ-Combo, the Big Fun Band, Delightful 3 and several other projects.
